Terms and Conditions

Regulation, Autonomy & Safety — Programme Terms

1. What you are signing up for

Regulation, Autonomy & Safety is an 8-week group coaching programme delivered live online via Zoom. Sessions run weekly on Tuesdays, 18:30–20:00 CET, from 21st April to 9th June 2026. The programme is facilitated by Marion Pilling.

2. Price and payment

The founding cohort price is €595 for the full 8-week programme, payable in full before the first session. Alternatively, you may pay in 4 monthly instalments of €155, with the first payment due before the first session.

3. What is included

  • 8 live group sessions (90 minutes each)
  • Digital participant workbook (sent on sign-up)
  • Access to the facilitator via email for programme-related questions

4. What is not included

This programme does not include individual therapy, assessment, diagnosis, crisis support, or individual clinical recommendations. It is educational and coaching-based. If you need individual clinical support, please discuss this separately.

5. Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel more than 14 days before the programme start date (21st April 2026), you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the start date, you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date, or after the programme has begun, no refund is available. This is because your place has been held in a group limited to 8 participants.

If you are unable to attend a session, it will not be recorded. The workbook and any shared materials remain available to you.

6. Confidentiality

All participants are expected to treat what is shared in the group as confidential. What is said in the group stays in the group.

The facilitator will not disclose individual contributions outside the group. If you are also an individual client, the group and individual work are kept entirely separate, as described in the programme scope section of the participant workbook.

Sessions are not recorded.

7. Scope and limitations

This programme is not a substitute for individual therapy, psychiatric care, or crisis support. If you or your teenager are experiencing significant acute risk, active self-harm, or psychiatric crisis, please seek appropriate specialist support. The programme facilitator can help you identify appropriate resources if needed.

8. Conduct

All participants are expected to treat other group members with respect. The facilitator reserves the right to ask a participant to leave the programme if their behaviour is disruptive or harmful to the group. In such cases, a pro-rata refund will be offered.

9. Intellectual property

All programme content, including slides, workbook, and session materials, is the intellectual property of Marion Pilling and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared outside the programme without written permission.

10. Agreement

By signing up and paying for the programme, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

If you have any questions about these terms, please contactinfo@neurodiverse-solutions.com before signing up.
